Every ICONIC Obsession piece is made to order, so please allow time for production before your order ships. We will email you tracking information when your order ships.
Shipping (United States only)
We ship to addresses within the United States; some locations may not be available at checkout. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your items and delivery address, so you will see your shipping cost before you pay.
Returns and exchanges
Because every piece is made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, or size.
Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items
Contact us right away at info@iconicobsession.com with your order number and clear photos, and we will send a replacement.
Lost or undelivered packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, contact the carrier to file a claim and email us with your order number so we can help.
